## 6) Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Measures
### Proprietary ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, products, software, and related content (including AUTOMVE and the LYFEX framework, source code, scripts, algorithms, and assets) are owned by AEXPLOIT or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership is transferred to you.

### Integrity monitoring and license verification
Software products may include features designed to verify license status and detect tampering or unauthorized use. By using such software, you acknowledge that:
- the software may perform automated checks to verify integrity and license status; and
- attempts to bypass or interfere with licensing or integrity checks constitute a material breach of these Terms.

### Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms (including by unauthorized distribution or tampering), we may suspend or terminate access and/or licenses, disable functionality, deny updates/support, and pursue available legal remedies as permitted by law.
